A: Our typical lead time is 4-6 weeks, depending on suppliers. However, we always strive to deliver in the quickest possible time frame.

A: Yes, this has been a common practice for several years, due to welding being proven as a higher quality long-term binding method.

Q: Where are your blinds made?
A: Overall, the vast majority of our blinds are made in Australia. We seek the use of local suppliers where possible and are proud to be a presence in the South Australian community. If you would like more information on products, feel free to get in touch with us.
Q: When should I start thinking about blinds?
A: To limit wait time, it is important to organise your blinds as soon as possible – including a new house build. Read our blog here on the importance of planning your build.
Q: How long do plantation shutters take for delivery/installation?
A: Australian-made Luxaflex PolySatin plantation shutters typically take 4-6 weeks to install, however we do offer an express installation service if you are in a hurry. Internationally sourced plantation shutters can typically be expected in around 10-12 weeks.
Q: Do you offer payment plans?
A: Yes, we offer interest free payments through Latitude Finance in partnership with Go MasterCard and Gem Visa.
Q: Do you work directly with builders, architects, interior designers or project managers?

Q: Will the creases in my outdoor zip tracked blinds disappear over time?
A: It is common for newly installed fabric to have puckering down the sides. This is due to being originally stored in a rolled position. Puckering will typically disappear after 2 weeks of exposure to sunlight.
Q: Can plantation shutters be used in wet areas?
A: Yes. Our Luxaflex PolySatin option offers green guard protection from mould and mildew, making it fantastic for the laundry, bathroom and more.
Q: How will strong wind affect my outdoor blinds or awnings?
A: When strong winds are forecast and wind warnings issued, we highly recommend raising all outdoor blinds and awnings. We do not offer storm damage warranty.
Q: How can I clean my outdoor blinds and awnings?
A: Different fabrics require different cleaning agents and methods. Please refer to our handy cleaning guide here!
Q: How do I wash my curtain fabrics and blind fabrics?
A: We recommend professionally dry-cleaning your curtains to minimise risk. Shrinkage due to incorrect cleaning is not covered by our warranty.
